should I be worried?

Negative biosure result at 6 and 12 weeks, however I have a sore throat that has come and gone for past 12 weeks and muscle pain in legs and neck. Should I be worried as had unprotected oral with female escort 12 weeks prior to my 12 week negative biosure test result?

Hi 12 weeks. At 84 weeks your negative result is conclusive and there is no need to re-test. I hope this helps put your mind at rest and thank you for choosing BioSure. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd

Is 12 weeks (84 days) stay negative conclusive or is 90 days a better conclusion and it’s worth testing again?

Hi Worriedmale! A negative test result 12 weeks post possible exposure is a conclusive result. The symptoms you are describing are much more likely to be caused by something other than HIV. You have also had a very low risk exposure but have done the correct thing by testing. I hope this helps put your mind at rest and thank you for choosing BioSure. Kindest regards Francesca Bard, BioSure (UK) Ltd
