Unfortunately, as we are not the manufacturers of any of the oral fluid tests it is difficult for me to comment specifically, as I am unsure on the performance of these tests. However, what I can say is that a negative HIV test on any device at sooner than 12 weeks should not be relied on. The negative results that you have are very encouraging but are not conclusive. Again from the symptoms and timings described the symptoms are much more likely to be associated with the other conditions than HIV. I would suggest that you test again at 12 weeks so that you can be sure of your negative HIV status. I would also suggest using a BioSURE HIV Self Test.
